About Our Founder

With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, Tiffany Hardy is a compassionate nurse leader, healthcare administrator, and entrepreneur dedicated to delivering quality care with dignity, compassion, and excellence. Her journey in healthcare began in 2010 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a deep passion for serving others and advocating for patients during some of life's most vulnerable moments.

Through years of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, infection prevention, and nursing leadership, Tiffany advanced into multiple leadership roles including Unit Manager, Infection Preventionist, and Assistant Director of Nursing. Throughout her career, she became known for her commitment to patient-centered care, staff development, regulatory excellence, and creating safe, supportive environments for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Driven by her passion to make a greater impact within her community, Tiffany founded Chelle's Care Home Health, LLC with a vision of providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized care that allows individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Inspired by the belief that every client deserves to feel valued, respected, and cared for like family, Tiffany created the agency to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and heartfelt compassion.

As CEO and Administrator, Tiffany continues to lead with integrity, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence while building a nurse-led organization focused on enhancing lives, empowering families, and delivering care with purpose.
